Release of FRAMES in collaboration with the Office for Cultural and Scientific Affairs from the Spanish Embassy in the UK

FRAMES is the first part of the Cognitive Dissonances series, a project initiated by cellist Laura Peribañez in 2021 with the support of the Office for Cultural and Scientific affairs at the Spanish Embassy in the UK.

The aim of Cognitive Dissonances is to portray through art the different emotions and experiences that shape our development as human beings while also shedding light on mental health issues. It will give voice to a subject that I have been studying for many years - the psychological impact of music/sound on the human mind and its long-term societal consequences. It aims to bring a new, enriched and unique experience to the musical experience, expanding the frontiers of classical music performance and making it more accessible to new audiences.
